The biggest nerf in my opinion was when they introduced the big shiny sparklies on quest objects. Sure I understand Blizz want the game to be easy and accessible to the greatest number of people possible, but at some point you're just insulting the intelligence of your audience. With the sparkles and the instant quest text I can just turn off my head when I play and still make great progress. Until I stumble upon the parts that require teamwork and stuff and get my and the whole teams asses handed to me because I'm so used to being able to breeze through things. It's a real concern if they find some way to simplify the basic game even more in Wrath. Then again, me and sir-or-madam Amgusrex could go and play Devil May Cry or something instead of complaining.
