I play a DK tank on Beta, and personally I enjoyed my experiences as a pally tank better, but casters are easier to handle as a DK. I have some good memories heal-tanking my way through SWP (most people thought it was ridiculous, but nobody else in the raid was able to hold the aggro necessary with the DPS at their necessary damage output) I didn't die, and when i tried on my DK I was 1hit to half health and then the healer pulled aggro, got one-hit, the rogue got one-hit, the mage got one-hit, and the rest of the raid hadn't even entered combat...
DK's aren't meant for the real tanking jobs, in my opinion they were designed for PvP against the overpowered resto druids...
Pally and Feral druid tanks have been upped... they are now just as good if not better than warriors, druids for great mitigation, warriors for single target threat, and pallys for AoE threat
same as always but all are viable raid-tanks, and death knights too, just not for the noobs, I've succesfully raided with my DK tank, but your healer needs to know what they're doing... and so do you
