Taking into consideration the price tag and that most mice/keyboards are USB nowadays I don't doubt it will work on a mac.

only question is, will the customization software be cross platform... the MS Sidewinder, for example, has alot of these features, but no software to use them on Mac. (still awesome as a 5 button, and the vertical buttons are easier on the hand than the front back.)

I would hope so but fear no mac support. But the
Belkin n52te actually had Mac software so maybe now vendors want Mac money.

There's no reason this wouldn't work on a Mac with either USB Overdrive or Steermouse driving it. Not sure what the price has to do with it, though it would keep me from buying one until it hits the bargain bins in a year (and my Logitech MX1000 finally dies).

By price I meant people are paying $100 for it they'd expect it to work on whatever system they plug it into as opposed to a $10 mouse.
