I know profession info is still iffy, but should I be saving all the primal fires I have in my bank to start leveling Blacksmithing when Wrath hits? Or will there be easier patterns as soon as I get to Northrend?

As far as I have seen, as soon as you train 375+ in any profession, there are 5 or so patterns immediately trainable that use very basic Northrend materials. I think it is the devs intention that you should not have to stock up Outland mats to make the first steps above 375 this time around. Unless you really want to, of course.
