I've heard people say a few times that it's possible to miss turning in quests due to phasing (IE, you have quest A and quest B; you turn in quest B and it phases you into a "new" version of the world where the questgiver for quest A no longer exists). Even if this happens, are there still enough quests to earn the Loremaster achievement? Or are the phased quests blatantly obvious in some way?
