Ouch. Guilds work in various ways. Some guilds are despotic, some are oligarchic, some are democratic. Just because a guild votes doesn't mean the leadership is split and thus the guild will crash into oblivion, losing all its hardcore members. And even if the leadership is split, that's not a bad thing. Shows that different people have different opinions. With all the changes, I think most guilds should slow down and prepare for Wrath. Certainly, if you're close to downing your target boss (Illidan, Kil'Jaeden, Attunemen, whoever), push for it. Otherwise, take this opportunity to relax before the big push to 80. Increase gold reserves, stockpile mats, and, most importantly, learn how to play your class again. I'm hoping our guild puts together a few more raids before Wrath so we can test out the new raid dynamics.
