Hi Matt,I agree with you on the 8 pts in enhancement especially since I downranked my chain heal to R4 and routinely chugged pots especially during the Illidari Council fight. I also agree that Imp. WS is a questionable talent to spend pts on especially if you're still currently raiding in BT. With the amount of AoE damage in those boss fights, I already felt I was refreshing WS a lot. On the other hand, this talent doesn't proc off chain heal so to me it's worth a try.I haven't tried Riptide yet, but I think it's going to be a good spell to cast on tanks every 3-4 chain heals since it's an instant cast and buffs chain heal which in my mind is what resto shamans are (still) all about.Cleanse Spirit will be good for PvP, otherwise, it's a waste of a point for 10 and 25 mans. Mages and Druids don't need to spend talent pts to dispel a curse so I don't think Shamans should either.I think Ancestral Awakening, Blessing of the Eternals, and Improved Earth Shield are all worth the pts, but I disagree with you that Tidal Waves is that good. In my mind, casting LHW/HW is completely situational in 25 mans and a bit more useful in 10 mans, but I think Tidal Waves is going to rock in PvP/Arenas. Since I'm still raiding BT, spending 5pts on a situational talent doesn't seem like value. My views above are related to healing 25 mans in 3.0.2 at level 70. This will be the spec I'm going with before WotLK:http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?shaman=000000000000000000000000500053310550105510223312010050003000000000000000000000
