"Maelstrom Weapon proc chance reduced to 3/6/9/12/15% on critical hit when you deal damage with a melee weapon. Now affects chain heal."

Maelstrom Weapon hasn't been based on crit in quite some time.

Didn't even get all the patch notes that were on that old page. The one for inscription is missing.

Hopefully this isn't a last minute change. If it is then shaman will just be stacking crit again, which puts us in caster gear.

Isn't the Chain Heal addition new though?
