Sherry - I must say the response by Firewind is correct. The site does NOT say you can tame the beast at level 12 - it merely mentions that Lurkin IS level 12. It is marked as Exotic - as it even said on the site! And Exotic pets requires Beast Mastery, don't hit on the site for lying when you obviously didn't read the information correctly.
