Does anyone know if you can pull off the Diplomicy one if you are Alliance by fishing in the river under the bridge by Orgrimmar? I'm at work and can't try it out ATM.

@Lunchbox - Where, exactly? Everywhere in the river I can stand, I'm in the Southfury River. I can't find any spots where I am technically in Org.
