I don't get it its says that Blizz "supposedly" took off the "A Mask For All Occasions" requirement yet i still see it in live, i may not be interpreting it correctly or blizz hasn't taken any action towards. I was just wondering whats the dealio?

If you read the actual post from Blizz, it will be removed in patch 3.0.3, which may or may not be up by the end of Hallow. If you otherwise qualify, you'll get the title when it goes Live.
