IMO, the mana returns from Invigoration aren't worth the talent points, nor are the points in Cobra Strikes.Because both of them are keyed off of specials (Steady, Arcane, Kill Shots, and pet specials), they're alot less impressive than they seem at first glance. For a hunter with ~30% crit, Cobra Strikes is only going proc off of around ~18% of Steadies. That just doesn't seem work it.Combine that with the fact that Invigoration requires a critical pet special, and the proc rate outside of Cobra Strikes goes down significantly.Overall, I'd say that talenting Spirit Bond and Kindred Spirits is a much better return for the point investment.Additionally, not putting at least one point in Go For the Throat is definite mistake. You want one for sure, 2 if your crit is somewhat lacking. Do do that, you sacrifice an exotic pet, but the minor DPS increase of an exotic won't make up the difference.

http://www.wowhead.com/?talent=cebMztgRmu0goL0eMb Seems like a better build to me.Points in Mortal Shots could be moved to Focused Aim if not hit capped, and 1 point from Go for the Throat can be moved to Kindred Spirits if crit is high enough.Granted though, this isn't the build I plan to use for leveling, just for the next month at 70.

yephttp://www.wowhead.com/?talent=cebMztgRmu0goL0eMbIs a much better build. As a beastmaster you really don't want to be going without "Go for the Throat."Keeping your pet's focus up is critical. Especially if you like tanks pets.
