That whole program is a bad idea anyway, and should not have been implemented at all. No one should ever be able to power level a character that fast. That said, no one should ever be screwed out of it when promised the opportunity. It should be removed from the game entirely, but Blizzard needs to notify everyone of a date and time for that to happen, so that those counting on it can get it done. Typical of Blizzard...introduce an unpopular game feature, and then just to make sure everyone is good and pissed off, screw over those who find it worthwhile and want to use it. Participants should get their levels, period. THEN remove it from the game.
