This is a little off-topic, but: Although I've been playing since May '06, I never played very hard and didn't get a character to 60 until almost a year into BC. Consequently, I missed out on all the classic endgame stuff, moving straight into Outland after dinging 60 while questing in the Plaguelands. I've never seen Molten Core, Onyxia's Lair, etc. There's never been a reason to explore that content before achievements were implented, and even now I wonder how much they're going to push players back into 60-level content. I am at least happy that Naxx has been redesigned for upper-level play. This is all by way of saying that it looks like new players aren't going to have any good reason to see endgame BC content other than achievements or, as this post seems to suggest, grinding for the sake of grinding. Even now I myself have missed everything beyond Karazhan, which is disappointing. I'm glad I'll be getting into the new expansion on the ground floor. I hope that I'll be able to hitch my wagon to a solid guild and see ALL of the Wrath content before the third expansion comes and makes it obsolete. Is there any chance that Blizz would ever go back and retool old-world raid content for level-80 play? Or would that constitute too much work on their part when they (understandably) want to concentrate on new content?

So far Naxx is the only dungeon that Blizz has re-used. If you have the opportunity during these few weeks before Wrath goes live, I recommend getting in a PUG or two and seeing some of the BC content you've missed out on thus far. The new tanking/healing/dps performance of players and the lower health of raid mobs really makes for a stroll-through-the-park type of end game at the moment. For example, my guild was wiping (like 100 straight attempts) on Archi before the patch... after the patch, got him down in 5 attempts, with folks that had never met him before. Went on to kill two new bosses in BT on two attempts each: Bloodboil and Reliquary. Quite honestly, I bet SSc and TK are easier now than Kara was before the patch... that may be a slight exaggeration, but not much I'd wager.

I was doing a BT pug and we almost cleared the whole thing! Start a BT pug and have fun!

This depends on your server. On mannoroth (ally side) there have been 2 or 3 old world pugs a night since the patch hit (it used to be 1 or 2 a week).Pugging old world raids can be a great way to meet the best players your server has to offer... and then they might remember you when they go to fill that Sunwell pug. Best of luck!
