I'll be honest, I've never bought much in the way of Rep weapons and gear, even with grinding the rep in advance. Mostly because nearly all of it starts being available into Revered with notable exceptions (YES, I know about Thrallmar weapons being at honored :P) and most of them, when compared to me knowing nearly all of the OL quests and their rewards and where the good ones are: it really doesn't warrant spending 20g+ on some at times unless you're REALLY starving for better. I always found instance drops more worth my time because you get a rep payout plus boss loot while farming it. If ya ain't got better-take the rep ones. Otherwise-there's some boss there that can give you better or come close. That plus some of the rep grinds are real murder and you need to run the instances to grind it ANYWAY. So de-te-dee. Recursive effect. The repgrinds with me are more for the crafting side of things. The only rep I try to grind straight to exalted in OL really is Consortium, mainly for the gem payouts. Those are always welcome, even for when LK comes out because hell-growing JC's need something to cut right? Plus you ALWAYS have an alt who needs some quick and dirty gemmings or a guildie who needs one. Tl;dr - I only grind what's worth it. Any rep that has no use to a specific toon of mine, crafting or weaponwise-I don't even bother with. Damn this Achievement for mounts though...screw you Mag'har and your penchant for Ogre Ana...I mean War Beads.
