We had a 60 disc priest running through mana tombs last night, it was totally fine. Either the player was stellar or the spec has been given a huge boost, who knows, I'm not a priest. It's just mindboggling to me that whereas before people needed to be at least 64-65 for MT, the tank was 63 and holding aggro against a 66 and 70 hunter. I think future encounter designs will be different, but for now much of the encounters stem from how well you pull to how well you handle adds. The warrior AOE threat is amazing, and the fact that a 60 priest is perfectly fine, just says alot about the new direction that blizz is going in.

Well, the Outlands instances were nerfed pretty seriously, and even shadow priests could heal lower level Outlands instances pretty effectively. With those in mind, and if your priest was fairly competent, I could definitely see a 60 Disc priest doing regular Mana Tombs.
