The reason I eliminated the talent-difference between the two for now is the previously noted lack of crit. This effect will be excellently useful at 80, with such a high crit level, but for now, I found it best to focus on the others.

....and yes, I know - Reflective Shielding doesn't do anything for heals. But I still gotta level, and I still gotta ENJOY it. :)
