Dr. Phil is actually going to be a Tuskarr raid boss in WotLK. (Not killable, although you can send him into hiding for a while by having Britney Spears in your party.)

Ok, Sedna, that made me chuckle. Anyway, we all know this stuff on Dr. Phil is the same-old, same-old. It's a wonder he's even doing it. I thought the whole blame-the-games fad had been dying out.
