Honestly? Stop talking right now. Those warriors you're talking about are in what, sunwell gear? Their gear is beyond fantastic, of course the damage they do will be great. They have extreme amounts of stats that can compensate for the 15% penalty.

However, this will not be immediately available at level 80. People will have to gear up to get even remotely close to the stats such warriors have right now.

For that matter, every class in the game right now is doing an abusrd amount of damage in raids, what with the new mechanics change and whatnot. So please, stop your "omg nerf! new TG is OP!" crap. The game at 70 is not balanced at all, and all these changes, including the paladin nerfs and many other things, are for the level 80 balance, not 70.
