What problems? With all due respect, I think you have forgotten just how different it used to be. What now we might consider a minor annoyance, would have been the best you could hope for back in the day. I remember when the realm would go down all the time in the middle of MC and then we would be waiting for three or more hours in queue before we got back in and that was normal.Remember Christmas of 05? Queues every night for a month.And I can only find a few documented instances where Blizzard issued refunds out, and those were for times when the servers were down for two days straight. I am not trying to be disrespectful, but I think what you are doing in enticing the population of players that like to whine to do so.

One of Mike's favorite hobbies is inflaming the legions of whiners to see how much QQ they can produce. I think he just spends way, way too much time on the WoW forums.
