The current occasional reboots and sometimes latency is well within acceptable limits for a fully playable game. I'm content with the situation. This "demanding your money back" thing seems so deeply rooted in American society that the very minute you find that you *can* complain about something, you do, to the best of your abilities. Why not simply stop paying, if you're so concerned about not getting your money's worth? That would be less hassle for all involved.
