The problems with the instnace/bg servers are particularly annoying, but I just sorta take that as a matter of course. I'm fairly sure 3.0.2 was one of the largest online game content patches in history, so there's going to be all sorts of things nobody could have really foreseen until it was implemented. Still, those few days where you could hardly get on, and even if you could, you couldn't run anything (not even the Hollow's End event) was seriously annoying.
