In July 08, I had to send my laptop to get repaired. I was told that it would take 4 weeks. 2 weeks in, I called Blizzard to see if there was a way to put my account on hold, so I wouldnt lose the time I had already played for.I did this thinking I would be able to save 2 weeks worth of time. The Blizzard representative placed my account on hold and told me to call in again when I had my laptop back.2 weeks later, I called in to get reactivate my account and the rep said that he would credit my account for the full 4 weeks, back to when I last logged on.
