After turning in the quest (Horde-side; called Silvermoon; it came after picking up the starter quest in Org, then going to Shatt, and receiving the quest to go to Silvermoon) to Apothecary Tepesh, I became neutral with a faction called The Hand of Vengeance. Good find, very interesting. Looks like the early actions which lead to the Wrath cinematic featuring Putress that we see later.
