I don't know if this was implemented on purpose or not, but the instant-cast broom mounts from the Headless Horseman are a godsend for those trying to escape zombies.

To that end, i think it would be a kindness to lower level players to include these things in trick-or-treat bags so lower level players can have similar escape capability. Seems only fair.

Let it be clear though, I 100% endorse and love this event. I think after a year or two of static gameplay, having a couple weeks of total chaos is an acceptable balance. Please Blizzard, don't listen to the haters.
