Yet, remember how long it took them to revert the change to crusader strike, when they admitted that it was unwarrented? Nearly half the expansion, by then, it was already too late and paladins had no hope of progressing in the game until much, much later when we practically had to spam the forums for threat reduction.

The Short of the Long of it is; they jump at the chance to nerf, but take their time to buff.
