You get an epic fail for that statement. This is a LIVE ONLINE GAME. There is no "done". It's a constant work in progress.

Mmm, if you can't make a difference between adding content /changing mechanics, and shipping unbalanced, bugged implementations, you're not fit to ward "epic fails", except your own.
