Unholy still has a lot of cool things going for it. Permeant ghoul pets alone will drive people to the tree. Frost has a similar 51-point problem, a weak CC or overkill disease application mechanism, depending on your point of view. But just like Unholy the Frost tree has a lot going for it above the 51-point talent and is still a great tree. Blood by far has the best 51-point talent, so that should be where you go it you only care about the final talent.
