This event was total crap. Forcing people to participate and even be griefed by members of your own faction is trash. I want to be reimbursed for my weekend of play time that was lost. Thanks Blizz.. Perhaps for you kids who can play all the time, it was "fun" because you met all your goals long ago for the game.. but for players with a limited schedule, it was crap plain and simple.

When, and how, we each play is simply a choice. Plenty of people choose this as their primary entertainment, others don't. It seems only fair that there are times that cater to either. People seem VERY upset considering that this has been going on for a WHOPPING 3 DAYS now, and hasn't been as severe an interuption as they suggest. Despite the zombies, I've still been able to do my dailies, kill the Headless Horseman, down the Kara boss, help guildies, etc. Only a couple times have I not been able to do what I was trying to (HH fire in Goldshire, which I got done later). Mostly I think people are just resistant to the change.

Strongly disagree. I have limited time to play, have not yet hit my goals for the game and yet, somehow I managed to immensely enjoy the world event AND grab several pieces of T4 in the process. Be realistic - I don't have tons of time to play - but this is a story, a story that we get to be part of. Personally, I think its pretty awesome to be part of that Epic story, even in such a small way. And while the world event was immersive, the further away you want from big cities, the fewer zombies you see.... huh, who knew? Fewer people ACTUALLY means few zombies ...
