By eliminating the class ghetto forums, they're trying to enforce their supposed design view in a forum structure -- whether its a reality or not. News to blizzard -- I don't tell people that I play a healer, i tell people that i play a paladin; i don't tell people that I'm melee DPS, i tell them that i play a fury warrior. I've suspected for some time that Blizzard was losing the class balancing battle for WotLK, and this move smacks of desperation to me. yes, you might *tell* us that classes should be equal amongst roles, but its very hard to do and we're going to call you on it when you failr to live up to YOUR stated design principles. Having 9 classes that can DPS all be roughly equal is probably an impossibility; but you never should have promised balance to begin with.
