As others have said, this will be a severe blow to any class-specific questing or crafting or basically ANYTHING that is nuanced about a given class.
I know my warrior would not care about who is running the numbers on Consecrate, nor would my hunter want to hear about how Ice Block is getting nerfed...
Sadly this is what happens when you do not have specific class designers or even advocates, but instead designers that handle all (or a large portion of) classes at one time. GC is a good guy and I have heaps of respect for him, but having a Hunter class designer, a Shaman class designer, and so on, all working together to create the game.. while also doing everything they can to make their specific class the best it can be.. would not be a terrible thing.
