Why is there a bunch of people here thinking this supposedly means classes are all going turn into the same thing ? I can't see how you deduce this from a forum change. Grow up a little bit and realize that the game is about teamwork and classes are complementary, even though there is some overlap so as not to create a single I.W.I.N. combo (which is what we had in arenas until 3.0.2), and maybe you'll be able to understand the purpose behind this and learn how to use the new forums.
