I would have to say boomkins abuse it the most. On my (now) 64 priest, I've partied with two different boomkins on two different occasions in the Mana Tombs.

Both were 70, and both used it religiously. It got to the point to where I would bubble the moonkins beforehand to make sure I would be able to shield the tank if needed.

It was very annoying, but alas, both groups made it all the way though.

So please, if you have a knock back, save it for emergencies, not for regular use.
