In a recent Raid on Silvermoon city carried out by a cross-guild coalition on my server we have found Knockback INCREDIBLE for disrupting horde as they attempt to CC our tanks/healers while fighting the boss. The abilities are certainly double edged swords, but they have fantastic uses even in raid situations (albeit world-pvp raids).
