I actually find myself in BGs even less than before patch, though it's not because of the patch or achievements. I only PvP to get PvE gear, because for some reason Blizzard saw fit to make PvP gear (weapons specifically) better AND easier to get than "equivalent" PvE gear.

I have the items I need now, and for now, will never step foot in a BG again.
