My position has always been, and continues to be, that it's a nice ability but it doesn't belong as the 51 point talent. It has its uses, and when I find myself spontaneously tanking a boss because my dot ticked right after a threat wipe, it's my go-to button.

But a mana potion/iceblock without debuff wiping does not belong that deep in the tree.
