I'm confused on how having Shadow Priests viable for their DPS in addition to (minor) utility is a nerf versus having Shadow Priests viable because of their (major) utility ( in 2.4 a priest was never brought for their DPS post-T5 ).

I don't look it as a buff or a nerf but rather a change in philosophy.
