DEHTA isn't really a faction.

They have some quests (in Borean Tundra, I believe) that if you do the chain, you get an achievement. The ONLY thing that will make them basically hate you is if you kill an animal and you have the debuff which I think is just called Animal Blood on you. It lasts for a few minutes, but if you get close to DEHTA, they will attack you.

Nessingwary is in Sholazaar Basin which is way aways off from DEHTA and you wont deal with them that much after Borean Tundra so don't worry. Neither of them are "factions" but if you went to do Nessingwary quests to kill an animal then went straight to DEHTA with the Animal Blood debuff...they'll kill you. No vice versa, however.
