Interesting example. Of course this is one particular fight and the heals of a feral druid are quite weak, i would think for most successful groups they wouldn't be the breaking point. I've always preferred to use druids to tank the bear phase anyway as their strengths were better used there. There are very few fights where it's worthwhile for a druid tank to pop out of form to heal, they have the weakest heals around and expose themselves to a lot of risk to do so.
