I kind of agree with you Myria but like look I've been able to see a lot of old world end game and then in TBC i went off and joined a new guild earlier this year and raced through a good chunk of end-game.
And from a raid leadership perspective a lot of the stuff was really brutal on any kind of startup guild. Just getting 25 people of an ideal class configuration was really not easy as there aren't that many free agents out there. Especially if you're concerned not only with progress but keeping a positive social atmosphere while you progress and not getting a bunch of anti-social types together who only think about progression and are total jerks otherwise.
