As others have said above, introducing the CD change to CoH without any compensating changes to other classes or AoE raid damage leaves priests without much raid utility. ALL of our heal types could be better done by other classes. As a raid leader, for 25 man raids, if the change was made, I would bring one, yes one, priest for the fort buff and choose other healing classes over priests any day.
