Mystery continent spotted

Sure, it might be a bit early to speculate about the third expansion, given that the second isn't even out yet (five days!). But I'm going to do it anyway; we do know they've got more planned.
One of the most enduring theories for a place we might see in a new expansion (besides the Emerald Dream) is the Undermine, home of the goblins. The Undermine sits on (technically, under) the Isle of Kezan, and where's that? In Azeroth's southern seas, right where our mystery blob is. Throw in the Maelstrom itself and a few more islands, and you've got yourself a pretty nice set of zones for an expansion.
So is Kezan what we're seeing in this picture? The theory is not without its difficulties. For one thing, the blob is way too big; Kezan is described as a small island, certainly not bigger than Northrend. But what if we flip the picture upside-down? This makes sense, because the bay in what I'm taking for the Eastern Kingdoms also cuts the wrong way, south instead of north. Then the mystery blob at the bottom becomes Northrend, and what we were taking as Northrend is now a reasonably likely candidate for Kezan, being much smaller.
Alright, I think that's enough unfounded speculation out of me. What do you guys think this is? Am I making far too much out of a tiny texture on a random book in a corner of the game, or is this the first hint of WoW 4.0?

I'd certainly like to pay a visit to Undermine

When you look at the map, it appears to be the same design on the Lexicon of Power (or whatever that thing is called that is required to apply Glyphs)..... Very interesting.

I think it might be nothing to do with another expansion but instead it could be wrath's version of the sunwell isle. After all it's rumored that deathwing is hiding on the isle of kezan.

What I found interesting, is that during the new dungeon preview at The Halls of Lightning shown at Blizzcon, they showed a large rotating holographic globe in one of the rooms which appears to be Azeroth. Except for the fact that on the far side of the world, there are new continents. Thats where I think the next expansion is taking us.

I hate sounding like everyone else, but before I even read the article, I speculated that its most likely Kezan. Since first reading about Kezan I have been more excited for the possibility of that being included in the game than I am for the Wrath expansion. Please, bring us Kezan, bring us Maelstrom.

It is the landmass closest to Maelstrom. The goblins are capable of creating a tunnel from the Undermine to perhaps underwater settlements in bubbles. In the Maelstrom expansion it is the most logical landmass "neutral" city, similar to Shatt.

To put it in the words of Jeremy Clarkson: "You're all wrong"
It's Blizzneyland, where emerald nightmares come true and the Maelstrom is the access to a small underworld after all ... Try to refrain from swearing while there ... any mob not friendly to you? ... any mob very friendly to you? ... fill in the card to improve your experiences ...

@frostymage: good point, i must admit
but look at logos:
StarCraft: blue, Brood War: green
WarCraft III: green, The Frozen Throne: blue
WoW: blue, TBC: green, WotLK: blue, [anything that is to come]: well, let's just say emerald dream fits better :)

I want to share my ideas on upcoming expansions here. This is from my post on eu site.
If Sargeras can not return, then we should go find him. I am not a real lore guy, but as far as i know Sargeras' tomb is laying under maelstorm where nagas come from. So here is my proposal
expansion 1
World of Warcraft : The Secrets of Mealstrom
lvl cap: 90
You go under Maelstrom to fight naga kingdom. There is some being there became incredibly powered because of the emanations coming from the body of sargeras. It can be a naga king or something else. Undersea maps and cities give a completely fresh feeling to players. Of course we must use submarines and ships from warcraft 2. It could be great fun.
expansion 2 (get ready for this)
World of Warcraft: The Revenge of Azeroth
lvl cap:100
When azerothians reach Sargeras tomb, they find a warp gate to Argus, the homeworld of eredar (the demon world which kiljaeden and archimonde came). It is that ultimate chance of them to end this doom forever. So they use the gate and travel to another planet. Do you remember how all of us were excited when we entered outlands. It was very different from Azeroth. Now think of fighting through a demon world where you can find the most strange and powerful foes and other things.
After that Blizz should end the game. If they want to make WoW 2, sargeras' spirit is still in twisting nether, and even he may have a ring somewhere to endure his spirit (lotr fans this is for you) He can contact some other race just as he convinced the demons into fighting for him.
