Around Azeroth: Narcolepsy

When you have to nap, you have to nap. Even if it is in an evil-appearing magical fish-and-happy-face-containing glyph located in ... well, I'm not sure. Anyone know where this pic was taken? Anyway, Taarna of <Prairie Storm> on Terenas may be unawake and unclothed, but she's not unprepared. That wicked-looking axe should scare away any things from the Dungeon Dimensions that jump through the magic circle.

Looks like it was taken on the orc side of the Black Temple steps, where you do the Ata'mal Armaments daily.

to me it looks like the underground area of stormwind, where locks do their thing, or whatever.

It's the catacombs beneath the Slaughtered Lamb inn in Stormwind, where warlock train and do their quest to learn how to summon the Succubus and the Voidwalker.
