/laugh - that's actually a picture of a Hurricane from the Horde quest to retake the Undercity after the Wrath gate fiasco. Your health, regeneration, and damage are all enormously buffed for the fight. Hurricane's gotten a big damage boost but not, I assure you, THAT big.
