Does anyone know if the tcg cards in the ce have the cool ingame items attached? Such as the spectral tiger and the pet food.

Probably. The special cards are inserted into the deck randomly, so I don't see why not.

thats a good question...I imagine that they are just random decks picked by bliz and have just as much of a chance to have an uber card like a spectral tiger or what have you as if you went to the store n bought a pack off the shelves there...no guarantees...but still a chance

LOL....I love how he didn't clean up the dirty clothes. That's one reason I haven't sent in a WoWSpace entry, would take me too long to clean up my desk. :(

I saw before the site redesign that it appears they retired the column...
... and Barrens Chat appears to have dropped off the planet as well (perhaps to our benefit)
It's too bad, i thoroughly enjoyed the WoWSpace of the week. I'd also enjoy seeing UI of the week as well :D

Would someone explain to me what's so special about this collector's edition? I mean yeah, there's a mouse pad and other stuff in there, but does that really justify the price? Eventually it's the same expansion. And even more than that: is it really so special that it's necessary to make a video about it?

The extra $20 you spend on the CE is probably cause of the extra stuff...who woulda thought that!? That behind the scens dvd, the sound track, the 2 booster decks, mouse pad, and the art book you get are definitely worth more than $20 imo and I would go as far as saying that if you bought the soundtrack (for example) by itself...you would spend $20 anyways...so its definitely worth it if you like the art and want to know how it was designed...

Rene, ibcfreak has the right of it. There is more to World of Warcraft than what appears on the screen, and some of us are willing to pay a premium to have access to the extras.

the booster decks are exactly the same in every box.
they are starter decks, with simplified text on the cards to make learning how to play the game a bit easier.

I would like for him to actually open the art book, but hell with how much I read this site, I guess it would be nice to be a little surprised. :)
