I don't know, it is pretty disappointing that the cards that come with it are from March of the Legion...which has been out for nearly a year. I was hoping it was going to be from the new Drum of War.

Where was the code for the frosty pet? Will it be in one of the manuals or something? :) For me that's worth getting the CE by itself, the rest of the cool stuff is just an added bonus

that's what i was wondering. i hope it's not part of the main key, since i'm getting a regular copy the night before at a midnight release and my shipped CE the next day, after i'm already playing :D

I'm assuming it's like BC, in which case, yes, they main key itself is just a "CE" key vs. a standard key, so that's how you get your little Frosty. Last time (after a few days of them going back and forth over whether they were going to do this), they allowed people who bought standard-first-CE-second to call customer service to upgrade their accounts to the CE versions to get the pet, but that upgrade wasn't actually an option in the beginning. I haven't read anything one way or the other about what their approach to that would be this year, so upgrade with a standard key at your own risk.

It doesn't contain anything I can find interesting, I mean a mouse pad with a map. Artworks book, but there are tons of artworks I can watch on the wow website.
Game cards? / facepalm.
Now even appreciating all this stuff, they don't worth the price. Imo it should have a metal box and an action figure model inside, something more special than plastified paper.

I'll just wait for the Behind the Scenes to be put on youtube or something(Gief DVD-image). Not interested in cards unless they are guaranteed to give me an ingame item, and the soundtrack i can easily extract myself.

My thinking is that he wasn't supposed to tell anyone that he procured it early.
I would bet he either:
(a) works for Blizzard, or for some division of Blizzard (probably the Marketing division, if anything)
... or ...
(b) has a friend of family member who works for Blizzard.
In either case, he was almost certainly *not* supposed to reveal the finished product prior to the worldwide release.
