Farm cloth and ore. Babysit the AH. There are still productive things to do if you're delayed. If the game is too laggy to play in Northrend or Hellfire, I'll either be rummaging through the AH in Thunder Bluff, or off mining Thorium in some quiet backwater with no competition.

Your DK needs 300 wool, silk, mageweave and runcloth for the rep turn-ins, plus the assorted fronds and bones for the AD turn-ins. This is all free experience for a new DK, so you can gather this up ahead of time.
