except that you have to use a web page to upgrade your account to wrath-enabled, just installing the files doesn't do jack.So, Blizzard won't open the page until they're ready to have people playing. If they care, they'll keep the page closed. If they don't, it'll be up and running. Pretty simple here. No "qq". (god I hate when people say that)

@Dave: I think you are wrong. I received mine already and was able to activate it on Blizzard's site.
