For anyone that cares, Gamestop re-opened last minute Collector's Edition pre-orders. =D

Made my order around 9:50 am EST and got a confirmation at 11:01 am EST.

Thank you so much Phil for your post! My husband is driving to GameStop as I type this to pay for two more copies of the CE. We missed the window on that and were just going to wing it (I got one copy from Amazon during one of their recent ordering windows; limit of one copy). Your post gave us information we needed.
