I don't understand why Blizzard didn't start selling the expansion last week. Just put a sticker on it that say that the servers don't go live until the Nov. 13, and maybe a second reminder when you're installing. That way everyone can have their copies installed and ready to play as soon as the launch begins - instead of standing outside a Gamestop at 11:50 in the evening.
